Awesome bar! The atmosphere is is fun, lots of TVs and they play music videos throughout the night. Bar seating is plenty and a bunch of beers on tap. Complimentary popcorn and nachos. They do serve pizzas, and food truck visit here often.

We went as a group of three over to The Garage one of us had the Cubano I had the perch and another had the shrimp wrap. we also had the broccoli cheese bites for an appetizer. We ended up getting in a conversation with Bob one of the founders and he represents the area and the garage well. The appetizer came with the meal, which was the only hiccup in our experience. The bartender was friendly and immediate with Service. We appreciate all of the attention while we were there. it’s a little bit loud for some peoples taste, but I thought it was charming. FYI, if you have children, we are planning to go back. We had a great time.

I couldn't love this place any more than I do. We were on a ski trip and made a stop here for lunch. It's different and took a bit to figure out, but the staff was friendly, approached us, and quickly told us how things work. It's a great system, very efficient, and interactive. The food options are plenty and very good. Free nachos and popcorn are a nice touch. Even on a VERY cold day, it was warm inside.

This place was absolutely the best!! They had an all you can eat nacho bar and super delicious small seed white popcorn. Great place for bloody Mary's, beer of all kinds and other great mixed drinks! The bartenders were super friendly and fun to joke around with. Very cool decor!! Definitely a fun place to have some laughs, drink some local beers from across the state and enjoy great snacks. Loved it here!

This is definitely a unique bar/restaurant in many ways and that's a good thing. They have a great menu with standard pub fare and some specialties of their own. Loved to layout and music filled atmosphere. The bartenders were very friendly. Will return to try some other items as my wrap was delicious.

My family was among the many travelers stranded in Wausau during the March 2026 snow‑pocalypse, and the team at the local Kwik Trip recommended we check out The Garage. We’re so glad they did! First off, the place is incredibly cool—the décor is unique, full of character, and every piece looks like it has its own story. Bob (the owner) was fantastic. He welcomed us in like old friends, and his staff was just as warm and inviting. We ended up hanging out for hours, enjoying great pizza and making the best of an unexpected situation. I’ll absolutely be stopping by again on my next trip up north, hopefully in warm weather with the garage doors wide open! Huge THANK YOU to Bob and the entire Garage team for turning a stressful event into a memorable one! Appreciate the Koozies!!

We took our daughter here for her passing her driver's test! She picked the Garage. Great choice for passing her driver's test. Awesome food. Great music, 80s and 90s videos to the music. Food was just awesome. Cook my ½ lb everything burger just right. And this pulled pork fries 🍟. Wow I'd stop again for those in a second!
